Francis first focused on environmental issues and project management, building solid experience in management and international settings. His path later brought him back to IT through technical support and then specialized IT training.

For more than 20 years, he has supported organizations across the Microsoft and Zoho ecosystems, as well as data analysis with Power Query, Power BI and advanced Excel.
